Members of Quality Electrical Construction are members of the Lima Division of the Western Ohio Chapter of the National Electrical Contractor’s Association. They employ highly skilled journeymen and apprentice electricians who are members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 32.

Members of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 32 are journeyman electricians. To become a journeyman, these skilled electricians study for five years, including 8,000 hours of on-the-job training during the day and 900 hours of class time in the evenings. We have more than 250 members in the eight-county area.

Owens Community College in Toledo accredits the Lima Area Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee program.

Rhodes State College provides our classroom training facilities.

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, hosts the training facility for the teachers who train our local apprentices.
