Quality Electrical
Construction is a nonprofit partnership between the LimaDivision
of the Western Ohio Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors
Association and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers
Local 32.
Our mission is to educate the business community
and the general public
about the value in hiring electrical contractors and electricians
who meet
the highest standards of professional electrical training, workplace
safety,
project management and customer service.
Local members of NECA employ only highly skilled
journeyman electricians who are members of IBEW Local 32.
IBEW Local 32 has more than 250 members in the
eight-county area. Our
members have completed a state approved apprenticeship program that
includes 900 hours of classroom instruction and 8,000 hours of on-the-job
